"Tree of Time-River of Life"
The Spirit of Spring looks on as a flotilla of tiny boats transport the children along the 'river of life.' Passing under a bridge formed by the roots of the 'tree of time,' they embark on their journey into the future. Eventually, as they near the end of their journey through life, they will emerge to be greeted by the Spirit of Winter and Father Time.
